Oggiculto was conceived during the peak of the wild west NFT/Crypto cycle in 2021 when projects, drops and collections had reached a frenzy. It seemed as if every day there was another "cult" to follow or ape into, causing me to wonder what the next cult of the day would be...hence the literal translation: "today's cult"

Oggiculto is primarily a Chauncey Gardiner-like satirist who comments on the NFT/Web 3 Twitter community in an innocent? way that treads the line of taking sides. He enables me to use most of my collective creator/producter/director skills as I conceive, write, narrate, compose the music for, and direct. The challenges of keeping most films to around a minute mimics the same obstacles advertisers face when presenting ads for television and cable TV—essentially I am creating satiric NFT "commercials" that must have an story & arc, while presenting a fully formed message within around 60 seconds...
